Welcome to summer! It is hard to believe 2017 is already half over. Even though the weather is warm and summer holidays and vacations are on our minds, this is also the heart of the year where your SMART Goals are made or broken.
That is why we are taking time to do a formal check-in on your overall performance and your progress on goals: What is going well? What needs to be changed? It’s all about finishing the year strong, which pays off for everyone.
Here are a few tips to get the most out of your Mid-Year check-in:
