Job Opening: Photo Producer

The Photo Producer will work with the Creative Marketing team to develop and produce content for a wide range of brands across various channels: Print, Digital, Social, Web, Retail and Video. We are looking for someone with a great eye and strong production skills as well has hands on experience in photo production. Personality is also important to our close-knit team, so we’re also looking for someone who is a team player, friendly, positive, proactive, organized and a confident problem-solver. Reporting to the VP, Creative Director, the Producer needs to be a self-sufficient, strong conceptual thinker, highly organized, articulate, and adapt at multi-tasking.


  • Producer will support the team in the photography production process in support of specified creative and marketing objectives.
  • Producer will be responsible for developing an estimated cost for all photography projects.
  • Negotiate various rates depending on the scope of the project with photographers, stylists, models, etc.
  • Manage budgets with great accuracy.
  • Producer will coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project.
    • The activities and materials will include, but are not limited to:
      • Photographer/director meetings
      • Talent meetings
      • Model go-see’s
      • Electronic communication- layouts, specific products (apparel)
      • Call sheets
      • Model releases
      • Insurance documents
      • Video edits and final video distribution
    • Producer will be the logistical liaison within each project team, with the responsibility for scheduling and communicating all aspects of the photography/video shoot to the creative team and related departments as directed by the Senior Manager.
    • Efficiently manage the day-to-day workflow of your assigned stories (meet production demands and deadlines; check photo credits for accuracy; follow up on contributor payments, etc.).


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience producing print & video shoots, as well as scheduling, trafficking and project management.
  • Understanding of the fashion retail environment
  • Have extensive photo research experience and a strong visual sensibility
  • Established relationships and an extensive database of agency vendors, talent, models and production companies
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be an enthusiastic, supportive and flexible team player
  • Work effectively on several projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development and design process.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly within a fast-paced setting.
