I’d recommend that people listen to Ted talks as podcasts rather than watch the video as I believe it helps removes any form of unconscious bias from viewing, lets you focus on what’s being said.
I find podcasts incredibly helpful for mindfulness also as you can listen on the move (walking, running etc) rather than yet more screen time.
